The best way to get better is to work on it.  If you need to improve your stick handling then you need to set aside some time every day to work on what you need to improve.  Hand eye coordination is the key in ice hockey.  Being ablt to feel the puck on your stick and know where it is at all time.  Get a golf ball and you hockey stick and work on these drills in the garage on in the basement . (if you have one, we don’t in Florida)  Take a look at this video and it will give you some good ideas.  Remember, you can’t get better if you don’t practice.  Now get out there and work it.
